How To Loose Belly
Fat
Belly fat is also called central obesity which is the excess
fat that is located around the midline or waist and hip area.
Belly fat is very noticeable and lots of people find it very
disgusting. Not everyone will have the beautiful body of a body
builder, athlete, or weightlifter. Lots of people tend to blame
being obese on their family genetics because they seem to think
if their parents are obese then that is the reason they are
obese. That could possibly be true but in most sense it really
is not.
The thyroid gland is a very common blame for being over
weight. It is a fact that a hypothyroid or a thyroid gland that
do not produce enough thyroid hormone for the body to function
properly will cause some people to gain weight, fatigue, poor
muscle tone, and water retention. But all of these symptoms can
be controlled with a simple thyroid table that will supplement
for the loss of the thyroid hormone. With the thyroid hormone
tablet, healthy diet, and exercise regime any person that has
been diagnosed with hypothyroidism should be able to be healthy
and physically fit.
The true reasons for having all of that extra
belly fat is because of overeating. Overeating is very
easy to explain because it is when you eat way beyond what
a normal person would eat.
The stomach is a large muscle and tends to stretch when we
over eat. Now do this every day all day long and think about
what your stomach looks like. Obesity is definitely a rising
factor in the United States because of fast food restaurants
and junk foods. You must learn to discipline yourself from
overeating and learn how to stick with a healthy diet. When you
eat foods that are high in fats and no exercise where do you
think that fat is going to go? It is going to go straight to
your belly.
Another reason for having excess belly fat is a sedentary
lifestyle. Now what that means is that a person is sitting
around all day long and not getting any type of exercise. There
are many risk factors to having a sedentary lifestyle and those
include; diabetes, heart disease, depression, muscle atrophy,
and high blood pressure. Being physically fit can boost your
immune system, cardio, muscle system, and mental stability.
People who are physically fit tend to have higher self esteem
than obese individuals. Just remember every day that you set on
your sofa and overeat and live a sedentary lifestyle your body
and life is just wasting away.
When beginning any exercise program always check with your
physician to make sure that you are physically capable of
performing the exercises properly and safely. If you are obese
there may be an underlying medical condition that you are
unaware of and an exercise program is not fit for you. Everyone
needs to start out by exercising slowly and working their way
up to the potential workout that suits their needs. Overdoing
any exercise will only hurt you in the long run. A muscle
strain or injury will only hinder your activities.
Aerobic exercises will help you get into shape and loose
that belly fat but you strictly need to follow a healthy
diet plan. Aerobic exercises are known for improving oxygen
consumption by our bodies. Aerobic means with oxygen. Aerobic
exercises are performed at a moderate level of intensity over a
period of time. Your body will warm up and will require a
cooling off period. Running, swimming, bicycling, and walking
at a fat speed are considered aerobic exercises. There are many
professional trainers that can teach you how to loose belly fat
appropriately.
